  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree
  • Direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics environment
  • Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies
  • Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations
  • Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays

Job Summary:

NetRush is seeking an individual for our warehouse in Hebron, KY to focus on IT needs. This individual will communicate with NetRush’s IT team in Vancouver, WA regularly. The Junior Developer and IT Tech will have in-depth knowledge of the software and hardware used throughout the warehouse. In addition, they will perform hardware maintenance as needed. This position will also have project development tasks assigned to them by the NetRush team in Washington.
