The Director of Quality position is a detailed, process driven role requiring the ability to balance strategy and execution. The Director is responsible for all facets of inventory health, account health, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. You will lead a dynamic team of managers to achieve operational excellence through identification of system issues and deep dives into data to determine root causes, immediate containment, and long term solutions. You will leverage continuous improvement techniques (lean and six sigma) to streamline and mistake-proof all processes.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  • Own and deliver the quality plans for functional areas, including leading and trailing indicators / metrics.
