Amazon has released official details around Prime Day, the retail giant’s “highly anticipated annual shopping event.” Prime Day 2018 will begin on July 16 at 3PM EST, and continue through the end of July 17. According to Amazon’s official press release, this year’s Prime Day will offer “more than one million deals exclusively for Prime members around the world,” and, as anticipated, “select deals at all U.S. Whole Foods Market stores.” Amazon will be heavily promoting their line of products and services, including Echo, Fire TV, and Kindle devices, as well as Audible, Twitch Prime, and Amazon Music Unlimited.
Prime Day has continued to grow since its inception in 2015. This year’s event is expected to be the largest sales day Amazon has ever seen.
