Vibrant Health offers powdered superfoods and other wellness supplements, a space where new competitors seem to emerge daily. But the brand’s presence was highly fragmented and inconsistent between its Amazon, DTC, and social channels, leaving shoppers with mixed messages. In addition, they were missing out on the opportunity to differentiate themselves from the competition.
The Netrush approach
Our team set out to align product messaging and product categories between Vibrant Health’s DTC website and Amazon, and redesigned their Amazon Brand Store, creating a more unified omnichannel customer experience. We also took the opportunity to highlight the fact that Vibrant Health is a black-owned business. The work allowed Netrush teams to use the Store as a powerful marketing tool and key customer touchpoint for cross-selling campaigns. As a result, Brand Store sales went from 2% of the brand’s total sales to 7%.
