Netrush is pleased to announce the addition of Daya Fields to its corporate advisory board. Daya brings over a decade of experience producing award-winning marketing and communication plans for beauty and personal care brands.

Daya is currently the President for the Pipette and Purecane brands at Amyris, an ingredient manufacturing company and brand owner. Previously, she held senior-level marketing positions at Alaffia and Estée Lauder.
During her tenure at Alaffia, Daya co-lead the brand’s expansion in Walmart from just one department to three. She also oversaw a PR based strategy that received several awards, including the 2018 US Secretary of State Business Award for Corporate Excellence, the 2018 Creativity International Awards for Product Packaging, and the 2019 Good Housekeeping Magazine Sustainability Product & Packaging Awards.
In 2019, she was personally recognized by Conscious Company Magazine on their list of World Changing Women and by INNOCOS’ Global Cosmetics Summit on their Forces of Change list.
Her new role on the Netrush advisory board will elevate the company’s teams and further its mission to better serve impact-minded brands.
